2013.
"It was the best of times. It was the worst of times."
I've never been so happy to kiss one year goodbye and start a new one. 2012 was tough for many reasons and I look forward to starting 2013 on a clean slate. I'm not one for New Year's Resolutions but I do hope to achieve a few personal goals this year.

I've never been so happy to kiss one year goodbye and start a new one. 2012 was tough for many reasons and I look forward to starting 2013 on a clean slate. I'm not one for New Year's Resolutions but I do hope to achieve a few personal goals this year.
- Gain 5 internships/work placements within successful PR/Marketing Agencies;
- Spend more time in the library; This is a key one for me, anyone who knows me on a personal basis knows that I stick to what I know and hate change. I want to widen my knowledge base this year and make more use of my university's resources, books, journals and more;
- Achieve at least a 2:1 overall grade for my second year of study;
- Implement effective revision techniques in preparation for exams.
Remember to keep a look out to see what goals I
have/haven't achieved throughout the year!
As much as I loved the relaxing Christmas period,
I'm excited to be heading back to university today for the new term. Before
Christmas, I was required to hand in various pieces of coursework and I am
eager to find out the results.
I certainly won't be jumping on the "New year.
New me." bandwagon this year but I do hope to make a few changes to my
life. I want to grab all opportunities with both hands and try my very hardest
at everything I put my mind to. 2012 saw me lose a hell of a lot of confidence
and I am determined to succeed this year. Failure is not an option.
